Position Summary: Laboratorios Santa María is seeking an experienced night-shift phlebotomist skilled in blood sample collection and management, ensuring quality and adherence to protocols. Initial training during daytime/afternoon shift Laboratorios Santa María, due to the opening of a new unit, is hiring a night-shift phlebotomist. **Requirements**: * Clinical Laboratory Technician, Chemical Laboratory Technician, Nursing Technician, or related field * Minimum 1 year of experience in blood sample collection * Experience in venipuncture methods * Experience in sample management * Knowledge of vacutainer and butterfly systems * Ability to complete the initial training period (1\-3 months) during morning and/or afternoon shifts * After completing the training period, availability to work from 7 PM to 7 AM, 3 to 4 days per week (48 hours weekly), plus occasional coverage of 1 or 2 morning or afternoon shifts (paid additionally) **Responsibilities**: * Determining the appropriate venipuncture method * Ensuring optimal quality and quantity of samples * Correct labeling of samples * Centrifuging samples as required * Proper separation and storage of samples **We Offer**: * Base salary * Statutory benefits * IMSS * INFONAVIT * FONACOT * 12 Vacation Days Per Year * 20 Days of Year-End Bonus * Profit Sharing * Employee Discounts * Non-working Birthday Day * Food Vouchers
