Phlebotomist - Night Shift

Job Summary: We are seeking a Night Shift Phlebotomist for our new unit, responsible for high-quality blood sample collection and management. Key Highlights: 1. Essential role in blood sample collection and management. 2. Opportunity for phlebotomy development with training. 3. Night shift with additional on-call duties and flexibility. Laboratorios Santa María, due to the opening of a new unit, is seeking a night shift phlebotomist. · Requirements: · - Clinical Laboratory Technician, Chemical Laboratory Technician, Nursing Technician, or related field - Minimum 1 year of experience in blood sample collection. - Experience with venipuncture methods. - Experience in sample management. - Knowledge of Vacutainer and butterfly systems. - Ability to complete the training process (1–3 months) during morning and/or afternoon shifts. - After completing the training process, availability to work from 7 PM to 7 AM, 3–4 days per week (48 weekly hours), plus occasional coverage of 1–2 morning or afternoon on-call shifts (paid additionally). · Responsibilities: · - Determination of the appropriate venipuncture method. - Ensuring optimal quality and quantity of samples. - Correct labeling of samples. - Centrifuging samples as required. - Proper separation and storage of samples. · We Offer: · Base salary Statutory benefits IMSS INFONAVIT FONACOT 12 vacation days per year 20 days of year-end bonus Profit-sharing Employee discounts Non-working birthday leave Grocery vouchers. -Requirements- Minimum education: Upper secondary education - Professional Education T years of experience Keywords: night, night, nighttime, nocturno
