




**A leading Transportation and Logistics company is seeking: Training Analyst** **Main responsibilities:** * Design, coordinate, implement, and monitor training and staff development programs. * Coordinate internal and external courses (technical, operational, and soft skills). * Ensure compliance with current regulations (Federal Labor Law and STPS). * Keep DC\-3 documents, attendance lists, and certificates up to date. * Prepare information for audits and inspections. * Administer reaction, learning, and performance evaluations (Kirkpatrick Model). * Prepare reports on indicators and results. **Work location:** Santa Teresa, Huehuetoca **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, full time, from 9:00 to 18:00 hrs. *Full schedule availability is mandatory due to the nature of the company’s operations.* **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Pedagogy, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field. * Proven experience of 1 to 3 years in Training and Organizational Development. * Experience coordinating in\-person courses. * Knowledge of STPS and Federal Labor Law regulations. * Training needs assessment. * Development and evaluation of annual training plans. **Offer:** * Monthly base salary: $19,500 gross * Statutory benefits * Grocery vouchers * Savings fund **Application:** Interested candidates are requested to apply through this channel and attach their CV.
