The SP/BOR/S&OP/DIM organization is responsible for parts availability, backorder recovery, supplier delivery accuracy, and inventory management. This role will primarily support planning activities, data analysis, data modeling, and dashboard development to provide delivery date confirmation, ensure adherence to those delivery dates, and optimize SP/BOR/S&OP/DIM processes through the use and implementation of data analytics tools. The purpose of this position is to contribute to optimizing departmental processes through process digitalization to ensure the required level of availability, order recovery, and metrics directly impacting our customers’ uptime. **Requirements:** * **Education:** Recent graduates with bachelor’s degrees in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Data Engineering, Information Systems, Engineering, Statistics, or related fields. * **Language:** Advanced English (non-negotiable). * **Software:** Advanced Microsoft Office Suite, Power BI, Power Query, DAX, Python, SQL. **Skills:** * Data management specialization or certification. * Data-driven problem identification and solution formulation. * Strong communication and negotiation skills, with training and mindset oriented toward continuous improvement. * Proactivity, curiosity, and sense of ownership. * Commitment to deadlines and delivery quality. * Knowledge of supply chain, logistics, and inventory management. * Participation in academic, business, and/or corporate projects at the university level. * Understanding of service principles and customer-centric approach. ***Work Location: Toluca.***
