




Position Summary: We are seeking an Event Coordinator to plan, coordinate, and supervise corporate and social events, managing logistics and leading teams. Key Highlights: 1. We are currently recruiting for the following position: Event Coordinator Responsibilities: * Plan, coordinate, and supervise corporate and social events. * Manage end-to-end service logistics (setup, personnel, scheduling, and operations). * Coordinate and lead work teams during event execution. * Monitor budgets, costs, and profitability for each event. * Ensure compliance with quality, service, and hygiene standards. * Maintain consistent communication with clients before, during, and after events. Requirements: * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Gastronomy, Business Administration and Hospitality, Hotel Management, or related field (degree holder or intern). * Minimum 2\-3 years of experience in event coordination, hospitality, or A\&B. * Knowledge of food and beverage operations. * Organizational, leadership, and negotiation skills. * Customer service orientation and problem-solving ability. * Flexible schedule availability (including weekends and variable hours).
