




Job Summary: Responsible for customer communication, satisfaction management, beverage inventory control, sales management, and incident reporting to ensure profitability. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage customer satisfaction and communication. 2. Monitor beverage inventory and place orders. 3. Oversee sales control and profitability targets. * Establish communication channels with customers/diners. * Listen to customer feedback and ensure satisfaction regarding beverages and service. * Address customer complaints or claims to deliver superior service. * Monitor inventory of alcoholic beverages, bar supplies, and bar tools. * Place orders and requisitions for necessary supplies. * Record consumption, losses, and report inventory discrepancies; conduct distilled spirits inventory to set goals and targets for stagnant products and promote them at double the rate. * Manage sales control and cash register closures for the bar. * Report incidents to the manager and participate in operational meetings. * Achieve assigned profitability targets for the bar in collaboration with bartenders and mixologists. * Conduct physical inventory counts and assign cleaning tasks while coordinating duties to prevent delays.
