Participation in internal audits Job Objective Support the recording, control, and analysis of the group's accounting transactions, ensuring accurate daily revenue reconciliations, cost control, accounts payable management, and tax compliance. **Responsibilities** * Daily sales accounting recording per unit. * Validation of cash register closures vs. system (POS). * Bank deposit reconciliation. * Recording and control of supplier invoices. * Validation of XML files and tax requirements. * Payment scheduling and control. * Support in preparing working papers (VAT, Income Tax, withholdings). * Physical and digital file management. * Support in monthly financial closing. * Participation in internal audits. **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (intern or graduate). **Experience:** 1–2 years in a similar position (preferably in restaurants, retail, or commercial businesses). **Technical Knowledge:** * Accounting systems (CONTPAQi, COI, SAP, or similar). * Intermediate Excel (pivot tables, reconciliations). * Electronic invoicing. * Bank reconciliations. **We Offer** * Monthly net salary of $12,000 * Statutory benefits * Free cafeteria service * Working hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Monday to Friday * Job stability * Growth opportunity within the group Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $12,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
