We are looking for a **Workshop Supervisor** to join our team. **Would you like to become part of our talent network?** **Requirements:** * Engineering or technical degree in **Diesel Mechanics, Automotive, Electromechanics, Industrial**, or related field. * Minimum **1 year** of experience in maintenance of **tractors and heavy equipment**. * Personnel management and leadership skills. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel). **Functions and Responsibilities:** * Supervise and ensure timely and proper execution of the preventive and corrective vehicle maintenance plan. * Advise and coordinate with department staff to ensure compliance with the maintenance plan. * Manage and submit requests for procurement of necessary workshop spare parts. * Enter and update work order status in the system. * Analyze and address workshop needs to meet maintenance service demand. * Supervise and track recurring failures in vehicles broken down on highways. **We Offer:** * Direct employment contract with the company. * 100% IMSS registration. * Weekly salary payment.
