We are looking for a passionate **Training Coordinator**, dedicated to talent development and continuous improvement, who will contribute to the growth and professionalization of our staff. Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, or related field. * Experience in training and personnel management. * Knowledge of training regulations and processes (DC3, DNC, SIRCE). Responsibilities: * Management and follow-up of personnel undergoing training. * Development and implementation of the Training Plan. * Preparation of the DNC (Training Needs Assessment). * Preparation and control of DC3. * Management and administration of SIRCE. * Onboarding process for newly hired personnel. * Administration of assessments for releasing personnel from training. * Monitoring of KPIs for personnel undergoing training. * Control and safeguarding of physical and digital personnel files. * Accurate completion and updating of training matrices. Schedule: * Monday to Friday, 9:00–18:00 hrs. * Saturdays, 9:00–15:00 hrs.
