We firmly believe that the combination of solidarity, innovation, respect, loyalty, and responsibility is the perfect formula to become the best team in the financial sector. **Position Objective:** End\-to\-end lead, prioritize, and coordinate IT efforts to close CISO observations, comply with regulations from various regulators (Banxico, Indeval, Swift), and sustain secure and resilient operations across critical environments, orchestrating action plans, executive dashboards, audit evidence, and cross\-functional collaboration. Develop policies and procedures regulating the operational framework of Technology processes, enabling process evaluation and tracking of improvement actions to be implemented in processes, thereby minimizing operational risk arising from control execution within Technology processes. Each day you will face **new and interesting challenges** in your role, for which you will be responsible for: * Assigning responsibilities, deadlines, commitments, as well as conducting follow\-up committees and escalations. * Preparing evidence, integrating, registering, communicating, and coordinating annual CISO reviews, as well as internal or external audits under DGT’s responsibility, and timely reporting compliance responses, initiatives, and remediation plans. * Verifying the quality of evidence and requesting new evidence if necessary. * Designing and maintaining dashboards, reports, and analyses by criticality, risk, and trends for technical committees with IT / Cybersecurity. * Participating in process automation, alerts, and indicators; leveraging Banorte’s tools and technologies such as AI (Artificial Intelligence, Copilot, Prompt Engineering, AI Agents), RPA (Robotic Process Automation), among others. * Evaluating security and technology controls to ensure regulatory and internal policy compliance through continuous reviews; reporting identified deviations, requesting plans, and ensuring necessary adjustments are made promptly and correctly. * Coordinating, analyzing, and identifying control deficiencies, their root causes, and escalating control deficiencies to stakeholders to achieve an appropriate internal control state. * Developing and maintaining up\-to\-date Technology regulations to comply with regulations. * Supervising objectives and key metrics of risk management processes and establishing how deviations or issues will be identified, tracked, and reported for resolution. * Tracking and ensuring strict compliance with the overall IT indicator. * Promoting a control culture within Technology processes to enhance compliance in Technology processes. **Requirements:** * Professional education: Systems Engineering or related field. * Years of experience: 3 years in areas associated with internal control, PMO for security/compliance. * Areas of expertise: Internal Control / Audit. * Required knowledge: Information security standards and best practices. * Knowledge of data analysis tools such as Power BI. * Languages: Spanish / Intermediate English desirable. * Willingness to travel \- Not required. * Willingness to relocate \- Not required.
