We are seeking a **Systems Technician** passionate about technology and technical support, to ensure our IT infrastructure operates seamlessly within a dynamic production and distribution environment. Position Objective Ensure continuous operation of the IT infrastructure (hardware, software, and networks) by providing first- and second-level technical support to users in offices and production areas, while maintaining information security. Key Responsibilities * **Technical Support (Help Desk):** Provide first- and second-level technical support to end users regarding hardware, software, email, and operating system issues. * **Infrastructure Management:** Install, configure, and maintain computing equipment (PCs, laptops, printers, light servers), and mobile devices. * **Networks and Connectivity:** Monitor and perform basic maintenance on local networks (LAN/WiFi), structured cabling, and communication equipment. * **Preventive Maintenance:** Perform backups, apply security policies, keep equipment and license inventories updated. * **ERP/CRM Systems:** Provide support and assistance in the operation of enterprise management systems (basic experience with SAP, Oracle, or similar in an industrial/automotive environment is desirable). Candidate Requirements * **Education:** University Technologist (TSU) or Bachelor's degree in Computer Systems, Informatics, or related field (incomplete studies or pending thesis acceptable). * **Solid Technical Knowledge:** * Operating Systems: Administration and troubleshooting of Windows 10/11 and Windows Server. * Networks: Basic to intermediate knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and structured cabling. * Hardware: Diagnostics and repair of PCs and laptops. * Proficiency with Office 365\. * **Soft Skills:** Excellent customer service attitude, ability to work under pressure, problem-solving skills, and effective communication.
