We are looking for an organized, analytical, and technically-minded **Maintenance Planner** to ensure the **availability and efficiency of equipment, tools, and facilities**, optimizing resources and timelines in our construction and manufacturing projects. ### **Responsibilities** * Develop and update preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance plans for machinery, workshop equipment, and facilities. * Coordinate weekly scheduling of maintenance activities with production and project teams. * Manage inventories of spare parts, tools, and materials. * Handle work orders and reports using ERP systems or internal tools. * Monitor performance indicators (downtime, maintenance compliance, costs). * Propose improvements in maintenance processes and strategies. * Ensure compliance with **safety, quality, and timing** standards in all activities. ### **Requirements** * Technical degree or Bachelor's in Mechanical, Electromechanical, Industrial Engineering, or related field. * Minimum of **1\-3 years of experience in maintenance planning** within industrial or construction environments. * Knowledge of maintenance for manufacturing equipment, power tools, and HVAC systems. * Experience with ERP systems or maintenance software. * Intermediate Excel skills and data analysis abilities. ### **We Offer** * Competitive salary based on experience * Statutory and additional benefits * Savings fund * Grocery vouchers * Career development opportunities in a leading retail company * Dynamic and collaborative work environment
