We are seeking an **HVAC Project Engineer (HVAC Load Calculation Engineer)** for commercial and retail projects. **Requirements** * Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, HVAC, Refrigeration, or related field. * **3 years** of experience as an HVAC load calculation engineer on commercial or retail projects. * Proficiency in software: **HAP, TRACE, AutoCAD MEP, Revit MEP**. * Knowledge of **ASHRAE standards, NOM regulations**, and building codes. * Experience coordinating with multidisciplinary teams. * Willingness to travel (site surveys). **Responsibilities** * Perform thermal load calculations and sizing of HVAC systems for commercial spaces. * Prepare drawings, diagrams, and calculation reports (using HAP, TRACE, AutoCAD/Revit MEP). * Select appropriate equipment and materials according to project requirements. * Design ductwork and air distribution systems considering energy efficiency. * Collaborate with architecture, design, construction, and cost teams to ensure technical consistency. * Review technical specifications and verify equipment compatibility. * Prepare catalogs, technical reports, and documentation for internal and client approval. * Provide on-site technical support and clarifications as required. **Competencies** * Technical analysis and critical thinking. * Accuracy in calculations and data handling. * Organization and adherence to deadlines. **We Offer** Gross monthly salary: 20,000 MXN Statutory benefits + Benefits exceeding statutory requirements Work schedule: Monday to Friday
