Job Objective As a Home Collection Officer, you are responsible for validating the data of customers applying for credit, as well as establishing repayment plans for customers in their first weeks of delinquency, thereby building long-term relationships with our customers. Key Responsibilities Visit the homes of customers who have applied for credit and verify the information provided in their applications. * Understand customers’ needs to provide them with the best possible solution enabling them to keep their accounts current. * Deliver service with respect and courtesy to our customers. * Operate a motorcycle in compliance with safety regulations, always using required and necessary protective gear. Profile Experience in Customer Service, Collections, or Sales. * Motorcycle operation. * Valid motorcycle driver’s license. * Proficiency in using mobile devices. * Goal- and target-oriented. * Effective communication and teamwork skills.
