




### **Tire Administrative Coordinator** **UNNE Corporate** **Monthly salary: $17,212** **Legal and superior benefits** **Schedule:** Monday to Thursday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM / Friday and Saturday on-call shifts **Job Objective:** Ensure the proper execution of administrative processes within the tire department through reliable physical and documentary controls, enabling appropriate tracking of inventory, expenses, and maintenance department metrics. **Requirements:** * Completed bachelor’s degree in Administration, Engineering, or related field * Prior experience in administrative functions, document control, or inventory management * Proficiency in Excel and administrative systems * Experience in maintenance or fleet departments is desirable **Responsibilities:** * Ensure daily registration and updating of tire inspections and movements in internal systems * Manage tire acquisitions, disposals, renewals, and scrapping * Prepare and communicate weekly and monthly departmental performance reports * Validate and track work orders, expenses, and administrative charges * Support administrative staff in the use of systems * Monitor payroll incidents and administrative controls within the department * Follow up on corrective actions and assigned projects **We Offer:** * Monthly salary of $17,212 * Legal and superior benefits * Job stability
