




Position Summary: We are seeking a Human Resources Assistant to support HR processes, organizational culture, recruitment, and staff development at HOTEL RADISSON PUEBLA ANGELOPOLIS. Collaboration in key HR processes and staff support. **JOIN OUR TEAM!** **HOTEL RADISSON PUEBLA ANGELOPOLIS IS SEEKING:** Human Resources Assistant RESPONSIBILITIES: · Support in verifying procedures and policies. · Support in developing departmental HR forms and standards. · Promote the company’s organizational culture. · Managing employee clock-in/clock-out system registrations and terminations. · Updating employee contracts. · Maintaining an up-to-date database. · Supporting uniform and identification badge distribution and control. · Payroll receipt tracking and control. · Staff recruitment. · Receiving documentation from new hires. · Onboarding new employees. · Supporting the development and implementation of performance evaluations. · Supporting the development and implementation of staff training programs. · Addressing staff needs. · Preparing administrative forms. REQUIREMENTS: · Minimum 1 year of experience in this position. · Knowledge of hotel administration (preferred). · Adaptability. · Problem-solving ability. · Sense of urgency. · Assertive communication. · Proactivity. · Organizational skills. · Commitment and discretion.
