**Shift Supervisor in Private Security** We are looking for a leader with experience in corporate industrial security, capable of coordinating operational staff, ensuring compliance with protocols and guidelines to maintain the highest level. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: * Supervise and coordinate shift security personnel. * Ensure compliance with plant safety procedures. * Prepare daily reports and incident reports. * Control access for staff, visitors, and suppliers. * Respond to and manage emergency situations. * Communicate and liaise with service manager and supervisor. * Train and provide feedback to the on-duty team. REQUIREMENTS: * Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in private security as Shift Supervisor in an industrial plant. * Education: Completed high school diploma. * Knowledge of asset and industrial security. * Computer skills and basic software proficiency (Word, Excel, email). * Original valid documentation (Certificate, Military ID, Birth Certificate, criminal background clearance), updated RFC.
