Job Summary: Responsible for preventive and corrective maintenance, equipment and infrastructure management, ensuring safety and food safety, and promoting continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities: 1. Design and implement the preventive maintenance plan 2. Supervise process machinery and auxiliary services 3. Ensure work is carried out under GMP and industrial safety standards Preventive and Corrective Maintenance * Design and implement the **preventive maintenance plan** * Address mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic failures * Reduce unplanned downtime * Coordinate urgent corrective maintenance activities 2️ Equipment and Infrastructure Management * Supervise process machinery (mixers, kettles, fillers, pumps, compressors) * Maintain auxiliary services (boilers, steam, compressed air, refrigeration) * Maintain facilities (electrical, hydraulic, drainage systems) 3️ Safety and Food Safety * Ensure work is carried out under **GMP and industrial safety standards** * Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) * Proper use of food-grade spare parts * Prevent cross-contamination risks during maintenance activities 4️ Planning and Control * Schedule technical shutdowns * Track failure history * Manage inventory of critical spare parts * Coordinate with external suppliers 5️ Continuous Improvement * Root cause analysis of recurring failures * Propose reliability improvement initiatives * Standardize maintenance procedures Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $11,000.00 - $13,500.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
