Because why not do it all? **Essential Duties and Responsibilities** ----------------------------------------- * Support Oracle 11i core system, Compensation Workbench, Oracle Advanced Benefits. Run reports using Discoverer * Provide system administration support for the Recruiting and Onboarding system (iPower). * Perform testing for Oracle upgrade and patches and coordinate testing with other departments. * Develop, document, implement and maintain related policies and procedures designed to collect, record and process employee information. * Participate in systems implementation, enhancements and upgrades. Responsibilities include gathering business requirements, writing functional specifications, developing test plans, lead functional user testing, and assessing system's readiness for deployment. * Maintain the Gates organizational structure. Maintain entry of master data at Headquarters and serves as a resource and SME. Conducts periodic audits of data to ensure accuracy. * Propose and/or participate in process improvements to advance and improve current HR systems processes including documenting business requirements and testing solutions. * Troubleshoot functional issues identified by the team. * Develop and conduct training for users on various systems. **Requirements and Preferred Skills** ------------------------------------- * 2\-4 years of experience * Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required. * SuccessFactors Employee Central experience required * SuccessFactors Recruiting experience required * SuccessFactors Onboarding experience required * English Proficiency required * Oracle HR experience \- preferred. * Outstanding organizational skills; attention to detail * Strong follow\-through skills and strong sense of ownership * Ability to interact effectively with all levels of employees across multiple functions (IT, payroll, etc.); strong customer service focus * Strong Microsoft Excel skills, Access database skills a plus. * Resourcefulness to work individually; flexibility to work as a team player * Handle confidential and sensitive information with complete integrity **Skills** ---------- * Excellent analytical and problem\-solving skills; ability to troubleshoot issues and prioritize * Ability to multi\-task and problem\-solve with limited supervision in a fast\-paced environment * Exceptional project management skills * Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills * Ability to respond and adapt to change * Proactive and results\-oriented * Excited to work in the office with great teammates WHY GATES?
