Oversee the flawless execution of current processes and policies, contributing with actions that generate higher profitability and expense control. **Job Description** Key Responsibilities \- Ensure quality standards in service, monitoring the flawless execution of processes and activities by the team. \- Ensure compliance with business metrics, generate sales reports, and perform operational checklists at the store. \- Implement actions to maintain accurate inventory, product facing and arrangement, as well as store organization and cleanliness. \- Evaluate assigned personnel through performance metrics, feedback sessions, and identification of training needs. Requirements \- Completed high school.
