Job Description Deliver packages to various locations across the city through different routes, directly to end customers, follow delivery routes and schedules, as well as load, unload, prepare, inspect, and operate the delivery vehicle Main Responsibilities 1\. Timely and accurate delivery of products directly to our customers 2\. Record packages in the system and report any incidents occurring with the packages or during the delivery route 3\. Load, unload, prepare, inspect, and operate the delivery vehicle in accordance with internal regulations 4\. Serve as the direct professional and ethical point of contact with customers to enhance customer satisfaction 5\. Collect feedback on services provided and address customer complaints 6\. Comply with safety regulations and internal policies Requirements Proven work experience as a delivery driver Valid driver's license to operate vehicles Ability to load and unload packages Minimum secondary education Flexible availability
