Ensure legal compliance and occupational well-being A company with nationwide coverage requires a person responsible for the Human Resources department, who will be responsible for: Establishing general Human Resources policies. Managing the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, selection, hiring, training, payroll and compensation, as well as fostering a healthy work environment and ensuring legal compliance. Regarding Safety and Hygiene (Occupational Health), safeguarding workers’ physical well-being and complying with safety regulations. Legal Compliance: Ensuring all employment contracts and personnel actions adhere to current labor legislation.
