




An important leading company in its industry is looking for your talent as: **Human Resources Generalist** **Requirements:** Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, economics, psychology or related fields. Proven 2 years of experience in recruitment, payroll, training, and personnel administration. Must have availability to travel to various locations within the State of Mexico. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. Knowledge of the Federal Labor Law (LFT). **Responsibilities:** Record and validate attendance incidents for payroll processing (absences, delays, vacations, etc.) Prepare final settlements. Create, update, and maintain employee records. Manage hires, terminations, and changes with the payroll department. Administer employee movements, incidents, vacations, and leaves. Coordinate internal and external training courses, inductions, and workshops.
