At **HEINEKEN MÉXICO**, we are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven **Conqueror** who will be responsible for executing the coverage plan with the objective of ensuring vertical and horizontal growth in their assigned area to guarantee the availability of our brands in the market. **Responsibilities:** * Generate interest in the client to work with CM. * Identify customer needs with the aim of creating an ideal offer for their business. * Identify and attract potential conquest clients. * Understand competitors' commercial practices. * Ensure alignment of the value proposition according to the strategic group to which it belongs. * Finalize customer conquest and formalize the commercial relationship. **Requirements:** Completed bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field. **Graduated and professional license required**. **Standard vehicle handling and valid driver's license required.** * Previous experience in sales positions within the traditional channel / point of sale. * Knowledge of the point-of-sale market and alcoholic beverages. * Strong negotiation skills and ability to build solid customer relationships. * Goal-oriented with the ability to work under pressure. * Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team. * Availability to travel and work within the assigned territory (Tlahuelilpan and surrounding areas).
