OPERATIONS AND ROUTE ASSIGNMENT MANAGER Objective: Ensure optimal functionality, operational efficiency, and safety across company facilities and assigned personnel through planning, execution, and supervision of work teams and maintenance plans. Requirements Education: Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Engineering, or related field. "Degree holder" (mandatory) Work Experience: Minimum 2 years in a similar position. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Valid driver’s license. Proficiency in work tools. Teamwork, results-oriented approach, and leadership. Main Responsibilities: Operational staff management. Coordination and supervision of daily operations for assigned personnel. Work route assignment. Negotiation, supplier relations, and internal department coordination. Inventory management.
