




Job Summary: Knitting Machine Operator responsible for fabric inspection, defect detection, machine setup and programming, as well as production recordkeeping and area cleaning. Opportunity to work with technical specifications and industrial standards **KNITTING MACHINE OPERATOR** **Key Responsibilities:** * Fabric inspection * Defect detection and marking * Removing empty bobbins * Mounting full bobbins according to Technical Specification Sheet * Programming the knitting machine per Technical Specification (yarn feed, stitch count, reel circumferences, and roll length) * Completing production records * Recording data in production format * Entering pieces into the system * Cleaning the machine and organizing the work area in general. **Requirements:** * Education: Completed secondary or preparatory school * Experience operating knitting machines (minimum 1 year experience) * Availability to rotate shifts Desired Knowledge: * Machine operation and handling * Bobbin mounting, threading, and article changeovers * Knowledge of knitting patterns and associated defects * Machine programming * Familiarity with IATF 16949:2016 standard * Familiarity with ISO 14001:2015 standard **We Offer:** * Gross monthly salary: $16,000°° * IMSS, Infonavit, Fonacot * Vacation bonus: **35%** * Vacation days / 1st year – **12 days**, increasing per (Art. 78\) – Federal Labor Law * Year-end bonus: **20 days** per year * Grocery vouchers **(10%)** * Savings fund contribution **(5%)** per period * Savings fund loan / minimum interest – available after completing 6 months of employment contract * **SGMM** for employee only (with additional benefit) * Life insurance Salary: $16,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Medical expense insurance * Life insurance * Grocery vouchers Workplace: On-site employment
