**Job Description** Ensuring that our units and operators are in optimal condition to carry out their activities, within a framework of safety and proactivity in addressing the challenges involved. **Main Responsibilities** * Perform express checklists on all Cemex units before entering loading areas * Verify Cemex credential and valid license for all Cemex operators prior to loading * Monitor travel logs and operator rest periods * Track, update, and deliver route risk assessments per trip * Conduct alcohol breath tests * Conduct drug testing * Monitor operators' health status through vital signs checks, medical history, or general illness screening * Supervise operators' physical condition before trips by measuring vital signs * Maintain updated records of results from each audited factor and submit weekly and monthly reports **Job Challenges** * Support reducing CEMEX's accident rate * Ensure truck/tractor-trailer drivers operate safely for society, CEMEX personnel, suppliers, and customers, while safeguarding assets and reducing accident rates * Persuade freight carriers and/or tractor-trailer operators to comply with safety regulations * Crisis management due to regulatory non-compliance * Provide timely notification of incidents and findings related to safety and health **Required Skills and Knowledge** General: \- Intermediate first aid \- Industrial safety Required experience: \- Training skills (desirable) \- Implementing safety and health programs Required knowledge: \- Alcohol breathalyzer application \- Credentialing programs \- Express Check List application \- Travel log control \- Route risk assessment \- Application of drug testing and vital signs monitoring **Relationships** Internal * Truck/Tractor-Trailer Operators * Service and Dispatch Advisor * CeDis and Terminal Managers External * Third-party and affiliate clients **Diversity and Inclusion at CEMEX** At CEMEX, we recognize the diversity of the world in which we live and do business.
