Position Summary: We are seeking a Procurement and Warehouse Manager with manufacturing experience to manage the Supply Chain team, coordinate international suppliers, and ensure material supply. Designs and implements operational processes for the supply chain. **DB Soluciones is seeking a Procurement and Warehouse Manager in Tolcayuca, Hidalgo** -------------------------------------------------------------------------- Procurement and Warehouse Manager **NOTE: ALL INTERVIEWS ARE IN-PERSON.** Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field INTERMEDIATE ENGLISH MRP system proficiency (PARTICIPATION IN IMPLEMENTATION IS NOT REQUIRED) **Minimum 3 years of recent experience in manufacturing companies** Main responsibilities include: * Managing the Supply Chain team. * Coordinating and managing the search for new suppliers (international). * Reviewing supplier quotations, negotiating, and closing purchases. * Developing and evaluating suppliers. * Monitoring purchases promptly (from purchase order issuance through delivery of materials to the warehouse). * Designing and implementing operational processes for the supply chain. * Planning and controlling production materials. * Managing and supervising the warehouse. * Conducting periodic inventory counts. * Ensuring timely and accurate material supply. * Controlling production costs and costs for new projects. * Preparing and presenting performance reports to Management. * Ensuring and improving OTIF and Fill Rate.
