




We are a leading company in design and manufacturing, experiencing constant growth and seeking highly competitive talent to form autonomous teams. ***Infrastructure Leader\-MAINTENANCE*** **Objective:** Maintenance and repair of machinery, facilities, equipment, and systems to achieve optimal results in production, administration, and safety services. **Requirements:** * Education: Civil Engineer, Industrial Engineer, Mechanical Engineer, or related degree in the area where the position will be performed. (Degree holder) * 2 to 3 years’ experience in the **metal-mechanical industry (MANDATORY)**, electromechanical, preventive and corrective maintenance on metal-mechanical industrial machinery and QMS. * **Technical Knowledge:** Metal-mechanical machining and electromechanical processes. **Responsibilities:** * Implementation of preventive maintenance routines and technical documentation in the work order system (CNC AND CONVENTIONAL MACHINES). * Support in installation, commissioning, and validation of new production equipment. * Planning of machinery and facility maintenance. * Strict compliance with industrial safety standards, lockout/tagout, and 5S. * Compliance with company-established safety standards. * Address service requests and complaints regarding maintenance and repair to resolve issues. * Meet departmental performance indicators. * Maintain perfect order and appropriate cleanliness for all assigned activities. * Vehicle fleet control. * IT-related activity support. **Professional Competencies:** * Planning and organization. * Leadership and results orientation. * Teamwork. * Service attitude. * Adherence to standards. * Confidentiality and professional ethics. **We Offer:** * Schedule: Monday to Thursday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. \| Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. * Weekly salary. * Statutory benefits. * Training.
