At Adhetec we are looking for our next **"Payroll Analyst"** **We are a company that is part of Grupo Industrial Adhetec S.A de C.V, initially dedicated to the production of ceramic adhesives and with more than 30 years of experience in the construction market.** We are located in: Apaxco de Ocampo, Mexico. **REQUIREMENTS:** **Education:** * Bachelor's degree in Accounting **Responsibilities:** * Process payroll according to established guidelines. * Collect incidents for the payroll process. * Generate Human Resources reports as requested by the HR generalist. * Process SUA, tax, and Infonavit payments. * Keep payroll receipts up to date with stamping. * Review and validate the calculation of taxes and contributions related to payroll. **Experience:** * Minimum 2 years in a similar position. * Payroll calculation and administration. * ERP systems. * SUA, ISR, 3% on payroll. * Knowledge of Infonavit and IMSS laws. * Knowledge of Federal Labor Law (LFT) and official standards. * Calculation of final settlements and liquidations. * Experience with platforms: IDSE, SUA, SIPARE. * Payroll receipt stamping. **Skills:** * Compliance with regulations. * Results-oriented. * Conflict management. * Supervisory skills. * Time management. * Discretion.
