REQUIREMENTS: * Bachelor’s degree or engineering degree (incomplete or recent graduate) * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite * Intermediate-to-advanced Excel skills (FORMULAS, PIVOT TABLES, CHARTS) * Experience handling data * Minimum 6 months of experience in this field MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: * Manage KPIs, generate charts and presentations * Position designed to support the metrics team and monitor KPIs * Extract data from systems * Prepare reports * Liaise with operations teams to report underperformance based on data * Monitor productivity * Perform data analysis * Deliver productivity reports, conduct data analysis, and fulfill client-mandated data requirements **Schedule:** MIXED * Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM **Work Location:** Cuautipark 2 Carr. a Teoloyucan 17, El Trebol, 54785 Tepotzotlán, Méx.
