A Senior professional with hands-on experience managing real-world armed private security regulatory procedures, capable of working under deadlines, pressure, and evidence-based requirements. We are not seeking “office-based intermediaries” or “administrative-only” personnel: we need someone who organizes, validates, rejects, and closes cases. Primary Responsibility Ensure that the company and its personnel (especially armed personnel) maintain complete, current, properly scanned, and traceable files, and that federal/state regulatory procedures progress with documented logs, receipt numbers/acknowledgements, and risk control. Key Activities (Hands-on) Management and renewal of permits/licenses (federal/state/municipal) related to private security operations. Tracking of procedures before government authorities (as applicable), including SEDENA where relevant. Integration and control of corporate documentation: articles of incorporation, notarized powers of attorney, minutes of board meetings, certified copies, validity periods. Control dashboard per item: pending/observed/corrected/validated/in-process/issued. Daily validation of documents (scanning quality, validity periods, compliance criteria) and rejection with justification (zero rework). Management of blocks: fingerprints/biometrics, expired receipts, illegible documents, etc. Weekly executive report to Management: RAG status dashboard + risks + required decisions. Requirements (Non-negotiable) 3–5 years of experience in regulatory procedures for private security (armed security preferred). Multi-state experience (CDMX/State of Mexico/Jalisco/Yucatán/QROO/Tabasco is a strong plus). Proficiency in evidence handling and document control (logs, receipt numbers, acknowledgements). Basic/intermediate Excel skills and PDF/file scanning management.
