Job stability **TLE CUAUTITLAN IS SEEKING AN ON-SITE OPERATIONS ASSISTANT** * Completed high school education * Age 20–35 * Availability to rotate shifts * Ability to drive both standard and automatic vehicles * Valid driver’s license **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * \-Inspect and notify the corresponding department of cargo arrival to expedite the logistics process and inform the customer of the cargo’s arrival at the plant. * \-Inspect and verify boxes leaving the plant/supplier—whether loaded with racks or empty—and notify the corresponding department; report any irregularities arising during the process. * \-Verify and conduct cross-audits of cargo loads to provide customers with accurate confirmation of shipped products. * Verify and complete the cargo delay form when applicable, to keep the customer informed about delays occurring during the day. **SCHEDULE:** * 2 DAY SHIFTS: 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. * 2 NIGHT SHIFTS: 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. * 2 DAYS OFF * (IN SOME WEEKS, DUE TO OPERATIONAL NEEDS, A 5TH WORKING DAY IS REQUIRED) **WE OFFER:** * $2750 net per week * Statutory benefits from Day 1 * \-IMSS: Full registration with IMSS * \-Christmas bonus (Aguinaldo) * \-Profit sharing (Utilidades) * \-Vacation bonus (Prima vacacional) * \-Career growth * \-Direct contract with the company * \-Weekly payroll **For more information:** LIC.
