We seek passionate professionals eager to join our team. **Job Objective:** Ensure compliance with administrative and operational controls in the field, with a specialized focus on environmental management. The incumbent will be responsible for generating technical reports, monitoring regulatory compliance, and implementing the site-specific environment and safety plan. **Main Functions and Activities:** * **Environmental Management:** Implement and supervise the Environment, Health & Safety (EH\&S) plan, with special emphasis on regulatory compliance. * **Regulatory Compliance:** Conduct operational field supervision to ensure adherence to guidelines issued by **STPS, SEMARNAT, and PROFEPA**. * **Technical Planning:** Develop the site-specific EH\&S plan and the project’s contingency plan. * **Audits and Control:** Conduct environmental and safety audits, identify findings, and implement immediate corrective actions. * **Administration:** Manage technical information of the area, prepare weekly/monthly reports, and maintain records evidencing compliance. * **Training:** Lead 5-minute safety meetings and environmental awareness sessions with personnel. **Requirements:** * **Academic Qualification:** Mandatory **Environmental Engineering** degree * **Academic Status:** Degree holder with Professional License (Cédula Profesional). * **Experience:** Minimum **5 years** of verifiable experience in this role, preferably within the construction sector. * **Language:** Technical English proficiency at **70%** (minimum). **Technical Knowledge:** * Current regulations: **STPS, SEMARNAT, and PROFEPA**. * Environmental compliance management and operational auditing. **Software:** Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, PDF readers/editors, and administrative management tools. **Competencies and Skills:** * Leadership and active communication. * Strong administrative control and organizational skills. * Commitment to environmental preservation and safety. * Ability to resolve problems in the field. **We Offer:** * Competitive salary commensurate with experience. * Statutory benefits. * Major Medical Expenses Insurance and Life Insurance (upon completion of the first year). * Savings Fund (Caja de Ahorro).
