The ideal candidate is an **organized, solution-oriented individual with a strong focus on user service**. ### **Requirements** ✅ Recent graduate or up to 1 year of experience in IT ✅ Flexible availability for work schedule ✅ Degree in Computer Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or related field (completed or nearing graduation) ✅ Knowledge of switch configuration and network segmentation (VLANs) ✅ Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow, GLPI, Freshservice, Jira, etc.) ✅ Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS) ✅ Strong communication skills and user-oriented attitude ### **Personal vehicle or self-arranged transportation preferred (no company transport available at this time)** ### **Responsibilities** L1 and L2 technical support (hardware, software, and connectivity) Ticket logging and tracking Configuration and maintenance of **Cisco and Ubiquiti switches** LAN network monitoring and support Configuration and support of **CCTV** (IP/analog cameras, NVR/DVR) Preventive and corrective equipment maintenance Technical documentation Coordination with external vendors Support for IT improvement and infrastructure projects ### **We Offer** **$15,000 gross monthly salary** **10% free food vouchers** based on base salary **Statutory benefits from day one** * **Schedule (temporary)** Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM Saturdays: 8:30 AM – 12:30 PM *(Schedule subject to change later)*
