**Job Objective:** Manage and coordinate public and private bidding processes for technology projects, ensuring proper integration of technical and economic proposals, compliance with requirements, and the company’s competitiveness. **Responsibilities:** * Identify bidding opportunities related to technological solutions and services. * Analyze bidding terms, technical and administrative requirements. * Coordinate the preparation of technical and economic proposals. * Integrate and validate documentation required for proposal submission. * Track clarification meetings, proposal submissions, and award decisions. * Coordinate with internal departments (engineering, sales, finance, and legal). * Manage bidding files and bidding calendars. * Monitor award notifications and contracts. * Prepare status and results reports. **Requirements:** * Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in bid management. * Knowledge of public and/or private bidding processes. * Experience in technology, IT, software, hardware, or technological services projects is desirable. * Proficiency in bidding platforms. * Intermediate–advanced Excel skills. * High level of organization and attention to detail. **Competencies:** * Planning and time management. * Process analysis and tracking. * Effective communication. * Working under pressure. * Results-oriented mindset. **We Offer:** * Competitive salary commensurate with experience. * Statutory benefits. * Job stability. * Growth opportunities. * Positive work environment.
