**Core Network Engineer (SS7 / Diameter)** ========================================== We are looking for a highly operational **Core Network Engineer** to design, operate, and resolve incidents in **SS7 and Diameter** signaling solutions within **3G/4G networks**, collaborating with engineering and operations teams to ensure the reliability and performance of signaling platforms. **Key Responsibilities** --------------------------- * Provide **operational support** for SS7 and Diameter signaling systems. * **Investigate and resolve incidents** on signaling platforms. * **Execute MOPs** (approved operational procedures) as required by the client. * Run commands and scripts for **diagnosis and validation** with the client. * Review and analyze **signaling traffic**. * Interpret **technical logs using Oracle tools** and standard procedures. * Generate and maintain clear **technical documentation**. **Requirements** -------------- * **2–3+ years** of experience in telecommunications, focused on **3G/4G**. * Intermediate **English proficiency** for technical reading and documentation. * Solid knowledge of **SS7 and Diameter**. * Experience operating/working with **signaling platforms** (OC-DSR, OC-STP, EPAP, PIC, IDIH) and related **Oracle tools**. * Knowledge of **Linux/Unix and scripting** (bash, Python). * Availability for **extended/rotating shifts**. **Details** ------------ * Location: CDMX (hybrid model). * Schedule: Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00 * Contract: **6 months** with possible extension to 12 months. * Salary: based on experience and competencies. **Benefits** -------------- * Statutory benefits * Dynamic and mission-critical environment. * Professional development opportunities. * Participation in high-impact signaling network projects.
