Minimum 6 months of experience as a Technical Support Technician. Job Responsibilities: Scheduling field technical support visits. Operating a standard automobile with a valid driver's license. Updating, installing, and replacing operating systems at point-of-sale locations. Updating and installing equipment at point-of-sale locations. Installing and supporting peripherals. Diagnosing and resolving internet connectivity issues, including reporting to service providers. Installing and supporting CCTV systems. Installing and supporting telecommunications equipment (routers, switches, access points). Performing preventive maintenance on installed devices. Recording all activities in the mobile application. Required Knowledge: Basic networking knowledge. Hardware repair. Daily software and hardware support for end users.
