Position Summary: Grupo Grisi is seeking an Export Supervisor to oversee warehouse and export operations, lead operational teams, and ensure logistics processes. Key Highlights: 1. Do you have experience supervising warehouse and export operations, as well as leading operational teams in logistics environments? **We are looking for an Export Supervisor.** What we seek in you: * Logistics Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related degree. * Minimum of **3 to 5 years’ experience in warehouse and export operations**. * Experience in **high-volume inventory handling and control**. * Knowledge of **warehousing and logistics operational processes**. * Proficiency in **SAP (Inventory module)**. * Experience using **WMS (Warehouse Management System)**. * Experience leading **operational teams of 20 to 25 people**. * **Availability to rotate shifts**. Your responsibilities will include: * Supervising **shipping and receiving operations for export goods**. * Ensuring proper handling of **export documentation and goods receipt**. * Coordinating and supervising **warehousing and inventory control processes**. * Guaranteeing compliance with operational procedures within the warehouse. * Leading and coordinating the **assigned operational team** to ensure uninterrupted operations. * Managing operational incidents. * Ensuring compliance with operational standards and inventory control standards.
