Key skills in customer service and problem resolution. **UBK Corporate is seeking a Warranty and Latent Defects Resident in Azcapotzalco, Mexico City** --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- We are Grupo UBK, a real estate developer with years of experience in vertical housing construction, and we are looking for a **Latent Defects and Warranty Resident** with solid experience in the After-Sales area. **Requirements:** * Minimum 3 years of experience in latent defects, customer service, housing warranties, and finishes (After-Sales). * Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field. **Responsibilities:** * Coordinate warranty and latent defect resolution for developments. * Ensure optimal functionality of installations. * Supervise and follow up on warranties covering rainwater leaks, ceiling and wall cracks, carpentry, waterproofing, ceramics, and porcelain tiles. * Conduct thorough inspections to identify the root cause of installation-related issues. * Verify that apartment modifications comply with established standards. * Address repair requests from tenants and property managers. * Receive completed projects from the Construction team. * Coordinate and monitor final cleaning, both internal and external. **Knowledge and Skills:** Knowledge of construction processes (Mandatory) Service-oriented attitude, strong verbal communication, conflict management, problem analysis, customer orientation, process control, and flexible availability. **We Offer:** * Base salary * Statutory benefits **Work Schedule:** Monday to Saturday **Location:** CDMX **Desired Education Level:** Bachelor’s degree — certified **Desired Experience Level:** Mid-level **Departmental Function:** Construction **Industry:** Construction **Skills:** * Customer Service * Problem Resolution * Teamwork *This vacancy originates from the Talenteca.com job board:* *https://www.talenteca.com/anuncio?j\_id\=69cbfbe13900003200065158\&source\=indeed*
