Preparation of electrical drawings and models UBK Corporate, a construction and real estate development company with over 20 years of experience in vertical housing development, is looking for new talent as a REVIT MEP MODELER FOR ELECTRICAL INSTALLATIONS. **Requirements:** * Education: Bachelor’s degree, Technical degree, or student intern in Construction, Electrical Engineering, Architecture (or related field) * Experience: 3–5 years in REVIT MEP modeling for electrical projects in vertical housing. * Experience in electrical calculations (desirable). * Familiarity with current Mexican standards (desirable). * Immediate availability. **Duties and Responsibilities:** * Preparation of electrical drawings and models. * Preparation of HVAC drawings and models (desirable) * Preparation of drawings and models for empty conduits for CCTV, TV, telephony, and intercom systems in vertical housing and hospitality buildings. * Preparation of ventilation and exhaust drawings and models for vertical housing buildings. * Preparation of calculation reports. (desirable) * Preparation of lighting calculations. (desirable) **Knowledge:** * **Mandatory:** REVIT MEP modeling for electrical installations * Applicable regulations: NOM-001-SEDE; NOM-007-SEDE; Mexico City Construction Regulations. * **Mandatory:** Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit **Skills:** * Proactive, organized, results-oriented, strong communication skills. **We Offer:** * Monthly salary * Statutory benefits * Working hours: Monday to Thursday 9:00–19:00 hrs., Friday 9:00–16:00 hrs. * Work location: Palmas, Miguel Hidalgo.
