Training of professionals with a global perspective and humanistic values. **Forensic Psychology** **Position Objective:** To provide students with the necessary theoretical and practical knowledge to understand and intervene at the intersection of psychology and the legal field. **Responsibilities:** * Understand the conceptual and legal framework within which Forensic Psychology operates, including its application areas and professional boundaries. * Analyze the psychologist’s role across various areas of the judicial system (criminal, civil, family, labor, and penitentiary), identifying functions, competencies, and responsibilities. * Acquire knowledge of psychological processes relevant to criminal behavior, victims, and other actors within the legal system. * Monitor each student’s progress. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree and professional license in Psychology, Law, or related field—mandatory. * Master’s degree with title and professional license—desirable. * Three years’ teaching experience. * Familiarity with platforms such as Teams, Blackboard, or similar—desirable. **Competencies:** * Strong service orientation. * Effective communication. * Organization and ethics **Why Work at UVM?** For over 65 years, UVM has trained professionals with a global perspective and humanistic values.
