Plan and assign trips based on driver availability. Monitor and manage driver rest periods and departures. Maintain service levels regarding adherence to scheduled appointments. Receive and address clients’ operational requirements. Safety-related activities: Monitor drivers’ recorded driving hours. Ensure attendance at assigned training courses. Comply with the medical record program. Guarantee 100% driver attendance. Maintain fleet utilization at 65% under continuous client service and synergy, under your supervision. Guarantee 100% trip assignment per shift. Maintain 100% of units in correct status (no units without status for more than 2 hours). Provide full support (100%) for the preventive maintenance program of units under your supervision. Support ensuring 100% completion of driver training programs. Ensure 100% of driver departures are documented with evidence in AS400.
