Generate driver attendance reports. Plan and assign trips based on driver availability. Monitor and manage driver rest periods and departures. Maintain service level regarding compliance with scheduled appointments. Receive and address customer operational requirements. Safety activities Enforce safety requirements and guidelines established by the client and TMS as stated in the instruction letter. Control driver hours report. Ensure compliance with attendance in assigned training courses. Comply with medical records program. Ensure 100% driver attendance. Maintain fleet utilization at 65% under your supervision, providing continuous service to the client and synergies. Guarantee 100% trip assignment per shift. Maintain 100% of units in correct statuses (no units without status for more than 2 hours). Fully support preventive maintenance program for units under your supervision. Support ensuring 100% compliance with driver training programs. Ensure 100% of driver departures have evidence records in AS400\.
