Transportation and cargo tracking and control **Logistics Assistant** We are looking for a person to ensure proper operational planning and logistics. **Requirements:** * Technical Degree in Logistics * 1 year of experience as: Supervisor, Fleet Coordinator * Planning and Logistics * Federal transportation procedures and regulations * Satellite Tracking System **Location:** Atotonilco de Tula, Hgo. **Responsibilities:** * Schedule daily orders from customers and suppliers. * Check aging balances to authorize supply. * Generate necessary documents for product receipt and dispatch. * Implement and monitor planning and logistics activities. * Track and resolve incidents reported by the satellite tracking system. * Reconcile freight carriers’ invoices against completed trips and received products. * Generate and monitor unit loading efficiency reports. * Control, update, and supervise on-board document kits. * Address and follow up on incidents with drivers. **Our Offer Includes:** * $16,812.54 MXN gross monthly salary, 100% payroll-based scheme. * Statutory benefits. * Life insurance. * Professional training and development. * Work mode: On-site. * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and Saturday morning.
