The candidate will be responsible for overseeing inspections, ensuring proper implementation of quality control procedures, and promoting continuous improvement within the organization.** **Main Responsibilities** * Supervise compliance with quality standards and procedures. * Conduct inspections, tests, and monitor results. * Prepare technical reports and performance reports. * Implement continuous improvement actions in processes and products. * Train quality and inspection personnel. * Collaborate with other departments to resolve non-conformities and apply corrective and preventive actions. * Monitor operations to prevent risks, non-conforming products, and waste. * Ensure inspectors fulfill their duties and meet standards. * Establish procedures and controls in the production process. **Requirements** * Degree in Industrial Engineering, Metallurgical Engineering, Industrial Chemistry, or Materials Engineering. * Minimum \*2 years\* of experience in quality supervision or control. * Knowledge of \*ISO 9001:2015\* and quality tools (5S, 8D, FMEA, Kaizen, etc.). * Leadership skills, team management, analytical thinking, and decision-making ability. * Proficiency in computer tools and technical reporting. **We Offer:** * Working hours from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm, Monday to Friday. * Statutory and additional benefits. * Grocery vouchers. * Opportunities for professional development. * Collaborative work environment. * Savings fund. ### **Are you a person focused on excellence and eager to take on challenges?** ### **Apply now and join our quality team.**
