Position: Urbanization Manager We are looking for an Urbanization Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading, supervising, and coordinating urbanization project development, ensuring compliance with quality standards, timelines, costs, and applicable regulations, in accordance with established standards. Responsibilities Plan and coordinate the execution of urbanization projects: earthworks, hydraulic networks, sanitary systems, electrical systems, public lighting, paving, and sidewalks. Supervise contractors and suppliers, ensuring compliance with technical specifications and regulations. Control project budgets and schedules. Coordinate with internal departments (projects, construction, quality, safety) to achieve targets. Prepare progress reports. Requirements Education: Civil Engineer, Architect, or related degree. Minimum experience: 2 years in residential urbanization projects or housing developments. Leadership, organizational, problem-solving, and pressure-management skills. Flexible working hours.
