Join the Vinte team as: Paramedic Job Objective: Ensure compliance with Official Mexican Standards (NOM), Civil Protection regulations, internal protocols, and policies related to safety and hygiene, with the aim of eliminating workplace accidents. Job Responsibilities: 1. Conduct inspections to identify unsafe acts and conditions, and implement strategies to reduce accident risk. 2. Prepare inspection reports to measure incidents that occur. 3. Update and implement the internal Civil Protection Program to ensure proper response during emergencies through brigade training and capacity building. 4. Manage and administer the department’s annual budget to comply with NOM requirements. 5. Verify that fire extinguishers, signage, and assembly points meet NOM specifications. 6. Organize and conduct emergency drills per requirements set by competent authorities. 7. Implement the COVID-19 protocol according to established and current requirements. 8. Provide pre-hospital care to determine whether hospital referral is required. 9. Supervise correct application of safety standards across work areas. 10. Administer questionnaires to monitor implementation of NOM-035 and define action strategies. 11. Deliver occupational safety and health talks per UEN requirements. 12. Maintain and update clinical records of UEN employees. 13. Comply with applicable and currently effective NOM and Civil Protection regulations. REQUIREMENTS: Education: Technical degree in Medical Emergencies / Civil Protection or related field. Experience: 1 year in a similar position.
