Job Summary: Responsible for ensuring the operationality and maintenance of the vehicle fleet, managing insurance, documentation, and indicator reporting, including claims handling. Key Responsibilities: 1. Ensure the operationality and maintenance of the vehicle fleet. 2. Comprehensive management of vehicle insurance and documentation. 3. Budget control and claims handling. Ensure transportation unit operationality through toll payment monitoring. Monitor vehicle fleet maintenance service records and fuel consumption expenses. Manage vehicle fleet insurance (registration, cancellation, and payments). Documentation control Indicator reporting Claims handling Knowledge of automotive workshops and fleet maintenance. Leadership, negotiation, and budget control skills. -Requirements- Minimum education: Higher education – Bachelor's degree 4 years of experience Age: between 25 and 50 years Knowledge: Advisory capability, Coordination capability, Law, Documentation, Workplace climate management, Indicators, Maintenance, Reporting, Transportation, Customer service
