Prepare detailed budget and cost control reports. Develop and analyze machinery cost structures (manufacturing, operation, and maintenance). Perform costing for metal-mechanical projects (labor, materials, consumables, machine hours). Support the preparation of unit pricing. Evaluate project and equipment profitability. Generate financial and operational reports for management. Collaborate with production, maintenance, and procurement departments. Analyze spare parts inventories and consumption. · Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field. Prior experience in cost analysis within the construction sector (3 years). Familiarity with budget management tools. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
